The books feed themselves
Every due issued, every payment received and every approved expense hits the journal the moment it happens. Nobody keys the same thing in twice.
Aditum brings the condominium’s billing, auxiliaries and financial statements into one system, fed by the day-to-day operation.

Every due issued, every payment received and every approved expense hits the journal the moment it happens. Nobody keys the same thing in twice.
Issue dues for every unit in a single run, with their fines and interest, or schedule the billing so it goes out on its own every month.
The interface is designed so the administrator or the finance lead can produce financial statements on their own, without needing an accountant for every question.
Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, budget execution, trial balance, general ledger, AR ageing, AP history, income, expenses, banks and unit balances. They all come out of the same system, compared against last month.
Billing, collections, payables, banks, budgets and financial statements all run on the same data, so entries post themselves and every report agrees with the next.
The platform produces reports such as the balance sheet, income statement, budget execution and cash flow. It also provides accounting auxiliaries: receivables, payables, expenses, income and banks.
Load the yearly budget and Aditum compares it month by month against what was actually spent, line by line, so the board sees where money is running over before it is too late.
Upload the statement your bank gives you and Aditum matches every deposit to the unit that made it, applies the payment and updates the balance. Whatever does not match is flagged for you to review.
Record the water consumption per meter for each unit and let the platform calculate the charge from the parameters you configured.
Leave us your details and an advisor sets up your condominium’s books so you can try it on your own numbers.
